Thank you for shopping at LoomHut. We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Because our premium head massagers contain rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, they are classified as sensitive cargo and are shipped via specialized, compliant international carriers to ensure safe transport and smooth customs clearance.

Please read our shipping terms and conditions carefully below.

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
• Please note: Processing time is distinct from shipping time.

We offer worldwide shipping with two tailored options:

• Buy 2+ Items Perk: If you purchase 2 or more items in a single order, your shipping will automatically be upgraded to Express Shipping for FREE.
• Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to local customs processing, postal delays, or peak shopping seasons.

LoomHut ships worldwide from our central fulfillment hubs. For the vast majority of destination countries, our packages fall under low-value de minimis thresholds and typically do not incur additional import taxes. However, policy varies strictly by country:

• United States: Orders valued under $800 USD are exempt from import duties under Section 321.
• European Union (EU) & United Kingdom (UK): For orders subject to VAT/Import taxes, these fees are generally settled during the customs clearance process via our logistics channels.
• Other Countries / Exceptional Cases: In the rare event that local customs levy administrative fees, import duties, or taxes, these charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. LoomHut has no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot predict their amount.

Due to international aviation safety regulations regarding lithium batteries and local carrier limitations, we cannot deliver to confidential, high-risk, or restricted military locations.

We strictly DO NOT ship to the following addresses:

• Military Addresses: APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), and DPO (Diplomatic Post Office).
• Restricted Zones: Military bases, classified government facilities, and remote secure infrastructure zones.
• P.O. Boxes: Express shipping options cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical residential or business address at checkout to avoid order cancellation.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, we will email you a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.
